About
Welcome to Rosine's, an enchanting oasis of Mediterranean flavors nestled in the vibrant heart of Anaheim, California. Located at 721 S Weir Canyon Rd, this beloved restaurant boasts a rich history that dates back to its humble beginnings in 1996 when it was just a small takeout spot. Over the years, Rosine's has blossomed into a cornerstone of the community, expanding to occupy multiple spaces in the shopping center while maintaining its commitment to quality and hospitality.
As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by an atmosphere that cohesively blends warmth and sophistication. The beautifully curated wine selection complements the diverse menu, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Patrons rave about the kind and attentive staff, who ensure that every visit feels like a special occasion. Reviews from loyal customers reflect a deep affection for this establishment, where the food is not just a meal, but a celebration.
One highlight is undoubtedly the rotisserie chicken, which is renowned for its tenderness. As customer Alma Rosa Reed notes, "the chicken is soft and it easily rolls off the bone." Accompanied by comforting mashed potatoes and a refreshing side salad dressed in lemon vinaigrette, this dish epitomizes the restaurant's dedication to flavor and satisfaction. The pistachio cheesecake also receives high praise, leaving diners with a sweet taste of bliss.
For those who prefer a heartier fare, the roasted chicken and kabobs are favorites among regulars like Dave G, who appreciates the healthy, well-presented dishes that Rosine's consistently offers. Whether you're in the mood for succulent garlic spread or an upsidedown salad, there is a dish that promises to tantalize your taste buds. The only hiccup reported is the limited vegetarian options for dinner, a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic dining experience.
From the divine ratatouille to the half chicken paired with garlic sauce, Rosine's ensures every dish is a craftsmanship of culinary delight. As Brent Boyd shares, “They never miss when it comes to quality,” which resonates with many who have turned Rosine's into their go-to restaurant. The ambiance is further enhanced with vibrant music on Friday nights, making it a perfect destination for both casual evenings and special celebrations.
As a food reviewer, I can wholeheartedly recommend Rosine's not just for its outstanding dishes, but for the essence of community it fosters. Each visit brings a new layer of affection for the place, proving it to be more than just a restaurant, but a cherished segment of many lives. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a newcomer eager to experience exquisite Mediterranean cuisine, Rosine's is sure to captivate your heart and palate.
“ Still has the best Mediterranean food ever! Kind and friendly staff with attention to detail. The atmosphere is beautiful wine selection is amazing. I've been coming here since 1996, when it was just one door with two tables and all the food was take out. Since then they've taken over every space in the center except for the subway. I love it here so much and it's a treat every time I get to come and eat. Today I tried the cream filled baklava and it was delicious. Always love the garlic sauce always love the hummus always love the chicken pita which is what I had today for lunch. If you were anywhere in proximity to this place you need to take sometime to have a meal maybe less of wine. Believe me you'll enjoy every second of that ”
“ I prefer smaller restaurants to chains since they tend to be healthier. we enjoy every dish. it’s presented well when served and is great tasting food. i love the roasted chicken or kabobs. Service was outstanding ”
“ Excellent customer service and delicious food! The rotisserie chicken is soft and it easily rolls off the bone, the mash potatoes are comforting, the side salad with the lemon vinaigrette was refreshing, and the pistachio cheesecake is divine! ”
“ This is our go to spot in the area. They never miss when it comes to quality. We get the half chicken and the roasted potatoes with extra garlic sauce. It truly one of my favorite meals. We love to eat here. They have great music on Friday night as well. ”
“ Been a few years since I have been here, totally forgot how amazing their garlic spread is. Upside-down salads good too. Overall very delicious food. Only disappointment was no eggplant option on dinner menu even though it's available for lunch menu. No real veggie entries for dinner. ”
